WELCOME TO MY WORLD

Come on in.

Take your shoes off if you were raised right, grab something to drink, and make yourself comfortable. You just stepped into a space filled with Black love, grown-woman truth, messy healing, fine-ass men, complicated choices, and characters who might have you yelling at the page like they can hear you.

I’m Zachia, and this is where I let my imagination run loose.

I write the kind of stories I want to read. Stories where Black women are not just surviving every damn chapter. They get to be soft. They get to be sensual. They get to laugh too loud, love deeply, make mistakes, change their minds, choose themselves, and still be worthy of a love that does not come with confusion, control, or a list of conditions.

Around here, the women have voices, curves, opinions, boundaries, and enough life experience to know that chemistry is cute, but consistency is sexy as hell.

The men? Baby, they better come correct.

I am inspired by real life, real love, real heartbreak, real sisterhood, and the kind of conversations that happen after midnight when everybody finally stops pretending. I find stories in music, memories, grief, laughter, family, desire, and those little moments that sit in your spirit long after they happen.

Sometimes a song gives me a whole scene. Sometimes a sentence shows up while I am minding my business and refuses to leave me alone. Sometimes my characters start talking, and all I can do is grab my pen and let them tell the damn story.

This website is where you get to meet them before the world does.

You will find pieces of my work, music that lives behind the pages, character introductions, thoughts about Black love, and a closer look at the stories I am creating. Some things will make you smile. Some might make you emotional. A few may have you clutching your pearls, then putting them down because you know good and well you kept reading.

That is the point.

I want my writing to feel honest. I want it to feel familiar. I want Black women to see pieces of themselves in my characters and know they are allowed to want more than survival. More joy. More softness. More passion. More peace. More love.

And yes, there will be a little mess, because healing is not always graceful and love is not always neat.

So stay awhile. Look around. Get nosy. Meet the characters. Press play on a playlist. Read something that makes you feel seen.

This is my world.

It is bougie, hood, heartfelt, grown, a little spicy, and unapologetically Black.

Contemporary Black Romance

Love. Healing. Second Chances.

Stories that feel like a late-night conversation—intimate, honest, and a little bit dreamy.
